RENTAL CONTRACT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EFOIL RENTAL

1. PARTIES

This rental contract is entered into between:
Lessor: Flyfoil located in [ Costa Calma Fuerteventura].
Renter: [              ], born on [        ], with identity number [                          ]

2. RENTAL CONDITIONS

The minimum age of the renter is 18 years and a valid ID must be shown.

Renter must attend an instruction session beforehand unless demonstrable experience is present.

Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.

The eFoil may only be used within the designated sailing area.

Renter is obliged to use the eFoil correctly and to avoid damage.

3. RENTAL PERIOD AND RATES

The rental period is from [30min] to [full day]

The rental price is €95,- per hour.
€135,- for 1.5 hour
A third person + €35,-

A deposit of €850,- is paid in advance and refunded upon return without damage.

4. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

The renter rents at his own risk and declares to be aware of the possible dangers.

The renter is liable for all damage or loss to the eFoil and accessories during the rental period.

The lessor is not responsible for personal injury or damage to the property of the renter.

Any damage will be settled with the deposit. If the damage is higher than the deposit, the renter is obliged to reimburse the additional costs.

5. SAFETY REGULATIONS

The eFoil may not be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Use in bad weather, strong currents or dangerous conditions is prohibited.

Renter must comply with applicable local laws and sailing regulations.

The use of the eFoil closer than 50 meters to swimmers or other water sports enthusiasts is not permitted.

6. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

In case of cancellation more than 24 hours in advance, the rental amount will be fully refunded.

In case of cancellation within 24 hours, 50% of the rental amount will be retained.

In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, the lessor offers a voucher for another date.

7. SIGNATURES
